We believe that it is very important to learn as much as you can about your Labrador. What better way to do this than reading Labrador retriever books! Through these books you will learn things like how to train and care for your lab which in turn will lead to a happier, healthier life for your dog.

If you want your companion to be with you for many happy years you need to carry out some research and make sure you do your homework. There are many books which can help you do just that. We have learnt a lot about Labrador Retrievers through all the material we have researched and we believe that this has helped us to no end when looking after Tasha. (Our Lab).

Lab literature

We recently came across this book called 'Marley and Me'. The story it tells is priceless. We can all relate.

A few months ago ‘Marley and Me’ was published and released. First time author John Grogan wrote it.

The story is about Marley, a golden Labrador retriever who has a habit of causing mischief. Indulging in all that a dog owner doesn’t want their dog doing, Marley’s behaviour is almost nightmarish. However naughty he may be he also shows great loyalty and provides unlimited love and companionship for his owner until his death.

It is the sort of book that most of us dog lovers and owners will associate ourselves with. ‘Marley and Me’ is most certainly a tearjerker so get your tissues ready!

Since its release it has sold a whopping 650,000 copies and with dog lovers all round the world who is to say it won’t sell more.

These are by no means the only books available on yorkshire terriers. However, we feel they are the best ones.
